The present invention relates to a matching service system and a method thereof, and more particularly, to a part-time teacher matching service system, which can secure stable manpower supply and demand of a part-time teacher by matching qualified teachers with schools in real time when a substitute class is demanded far from a conventional manual method of recruiting a part-time teacher in a homepage of an office of education or school online. To this end, the part-time teacher matching service system comprises: a teacher matching server for matching a school and a part-time teacher online; a school terminal for recruiting the part-time teacher by registering one or more teacher recruiting information among a class subject, a class schedule, and an available work location for recruiting the part-time teacher by a teacher matching server; and a teacher terminal for confirming the teacher recruiting information transmitted by the school terminal through the teacher matching server to apply for the part-time teacher.
