The present invention relates to a double composite steel box girder using T-shaped triangular vertical reinforcing members, which can effectively resist buckling and torsion in a short- and multi-span bridge, and enables the installation of a condensation water guidance way, thereby being effective for maintenance, and a construction method thereof. The double composite steel box girder using T-shaped triangular vertical reinforcing members has a lower flange and both side walls. The T-shaped triangular vertical reinforcing members include: triangular vertical boards formed in a triangular vertical plate shape with a transverse width increasing downward, and having side surfaces making contact with the inner surfaces of both the side walls, and the bottom surface fixed to an upper surface of the lower flange; and inclined flanges integrally formed on the other inclined surfaces of the triangular vertical boards, and formed to be downwardly inclined toward the center of the lower flange.
