One embodiment of the present invention relates to a learning method for increasing resolution of a low resolution satellite image and an apparatus thereof. The learning method can make an actual low resolution satellite image obtained from a small satellite to have high resolution, thereby increasing information in a satellite image and increasing an analysis ability. The learning method comprises the steps of: obtaining a first image and a second image; determining a (1-1)^th image and the second image; discriminating a (1-2)^th image and the first image; and learning a generation network and a degradation network.
