The present invention provides a supercooled low temperature pretreatment method for improving lactic acid bacteria survival rate and storage stability. The supercooled low temperature pretreatment method according to the present invention shows an excellent effect on improving the survival rate of lactic acid bacteria after freezing or lyophilization of the lactic acid bacteria, storage stability according to the storage period also shows an excellent effect. Therefore, by the method of improving the survival rate and storage stability of the lactic acid bacteria according to the present invention, it is possible to ultimately improve the quality of the lactic acid bacteria-containing products, and the storage cost of the lactic acid bacteria-containing products with the improvement of storage stability.
