Disclosed is a system for pre-warning an overspeed danger using a heterogeneous detecting means. The system for pre-warning an overspeed danger using a heterogeneous detecting means comprises: a video detection unit installed in one region of a side surface of the road and imaging at least one of a rear surface, a rear side surface, a side surface, a front side surface, and a front surface of a vehicle passing through the road; a radar detection unit transmitting a transmission radar signal toward the vehicle passing through the road and receiving a reflected radar signal reflected by the vehicle; and an AI-based information processing unit analyzing image information imaged from the video detection unit to recognize the vehicle, calculating the speed of the vehicle using the reflected radar signal reflected by the transmission radar signal transmitted to the recognized vehicle, and determining whether an alarm message is generated by comparing the calculated speed with a reference speed.
