The present invention relates to a method of optimally constructing a temporary structure, capable of reducing costs for construction through proper load distribution. In regard to the formation of a small member on an upper flange surface of a shape base girder, if a mold for the base girder is defined as h, a mold for the small member is defined as h2 and a parameter constant is defined as k, a neutral axis defined as yt, which is synthesized between the small member and the base girder, must be located in h/2yt= [K×(h+h2)] with respect to the lower surface of the base girder, and the parameter constant must be a value belonging to a range of 0.540=K=0.584. In this way, the purpose of the present invention can be achieved.
