The present invention provides an ultrasonic strength measurement point marking device with a simple measurement means for a structural safety diagnosis. A goniometer formed in the goniometric plate body is formed in perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the sticker plate body to be connected to an axis, which becomes an intermediate reference point of the goniometer, such that a marking line downwardly pulled by a weight is formed in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the sticker plate body and thus the inclination of the marking line is changed in proportion to the inclination of the sticker plate body, thereby enabling the device to measure the angle. Accordingly, a measurement tool, such as a goniometer and a ruler, is integrated with a sticker type ultrasonic strength measurement point marking device, thereby solving a problem of separately preparing both the goniometer and the ruler and a problem of high missing risk, reducing the manufacturing cost of a safety diagnosis tool, and simply measuring the tilt angle of a vertically tilted structure while being used for the ultrasonic strength measurement point marking device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
