The present invention provides an ultrasonic strength measurement point marking device with a simple measurement means for a structural safety diagnosis. According to the present invention, the ultrasonic strength measurement point marking device comprises: a sticker plate body having six measurement point marking holes perforated therein at intervals of 10 cm; a protection plastic film protecting an adhesive coating surface formed on one surface of the sticker plate body; and a ruler with scales longitudinally formed on one side of the sticker plate body. A goniometric plate body is formed on the other side of the sticker plate body and a folding line integrated with a cutoff line is formed between the sticker plate body and the goniometric plate body, such that the goniometric plate body can be bent by a right angle. A goniometer formed in the goniometric plate body is formed in perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the sticker plate body to be connected to an axis, which becomes an intermediate reference point of the goniometer, such that a marking line downwardly pulled by a weight is formed in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the sticker plate body and thus the inclination of the marking line is changed in proportion to the inclination of the sticker plate body, thereby enabling the device to measure the angle. Accordingly, a measurement tool, such as a goniometer and a ruler, is integrated with a sticker type ultrasonic strength measurement point marking device, thereby solving a problem of separately preparing both the goniometer and the ruler and a problem of high missing risk, reducing the manufacturing cost of a safety diagnosis tool, and simply measuring the tilt angle of a vertically tilted structure while being used for the ultrasonic strength measurement point marking device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
