In order to prevent temperature disturbance between the black body and the external environment, the present invention includes a first temperature control device that controls the temperature of the black body, an infrared sensor unit that senses the temperature of the black body, and accommodates the black body and the infrared sensor unit. An apparatus for calibrating a thermal image sensor comprising a chamber to be configured, a cover part including a window through which the infrared rays emitted from the black body pass through, maintaining the black body in an airtight state.
