The present invention relates to a TiO2 nanotube visible light catalyst and a method for preparing the same. In more detail, it relates to a TiO2 nanotube visible light catalyst in which crystal and amorphous are mixed and a method of manufacturing the same. The photocatalyst according to the present invention is a TiO2 photocatalyst having a porous nanotube in which crystalline and amorphous are mixed. The porous nano TiO2 photocatalytic tube is formed on a conductive substrate, and the porous nanotube in which the crystalline amorphous is mixed is directly exposed to air. In addition, the porous nanotubes may contain metal oxides such as Ti, Ta, W, Zn, and the like.
