Some embodiments include a device having a horizontally-spaced lower electrode supported by a support structure. The leakage device material directly faces the lower electrode. Some embodiments include a method of forming a device including a capacitor having a lower electrode and an upper electrode, the upper electrodes being electrically coupled to each other through a conductive plate. The leakage device is formed to electrically connect the lower electrode to the conductive plate.
