How to integrate a leaking device into a capacitor configuration to reduce cell disturbance and a capacitor configuration incorporating a leaking device
Some embodiments include a device having a horizontally-spaced lower electrode supported by a support structure. The leakage device material directly faces the lower electrode. The insulating material is on the lower electrode, and the upper electrode is on the insulating material. The plate material extends across the top electrode and bonds the top electrodes together. The plate material directly faces the leakage device material. The leakage device element material can be configured to electrically couple the lower electrode to the plate material and discharge at least a portion of the excess charge from the lower electrode to the plate material. Some embodiments include a method of forming a device including a capacitor having a lower electrode and an upper electrode, the upper electrodes being electrically coupled to each other through a conductive plate. The leakage device is formed to electrically connect the lower electrode to the conductive plate.
