According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a code coverage measurement device which comprises: a source code input unit for receiving a source code; a probe insertion unit for inserting a probe into the source code; a web server linking unit for receiving execution information for the source code, into which the probe is inserted, from a web server linked with the code coverage measurement device; and a coverage measurement unit for measuring code coverage for the source code based on the execution information received from the web server linking unit.
