Disclosed are a method of distinguishing fake news using knowledge-based inference and reliability analysis, and a recording medium and a device for performing the same. The device of distinguishing fake news using knowledge-based inference and reliability analysis comprises: a question input unit which receives a question corresponding to the news to be distinguished; a natural language content input unit which receives natural language content corresponding to a sentence composed of natural language on the Internet; a knowledge-based database constructing unit which analyzes the natural language content to construct a knowledge-based database, and extracts the natural language content related to the question from the knowledge-based database as an answer candidate group for the question; and a knowledge-based inference unit which generates an answer to the question by inputting the question and the answer candidate group into an inference model determined in accordance with types of the question.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
