摘要

The present invention relates to a method for predicting a flow stress of a Ti-6Al-4V alloy, which applies a random forest algorithm to flow stress modeling dependent on a strain and the temperature in hot forming of a Ti-6Al-4V alloy, and can improve the accuracy of the flow stress predicted by the modeling. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: performing a compression experiment on a specimen of a Ti-6Al-4V alloy; storing experimental data on a flow stress of the Ti-6Al-4V alloy; training a designated flow stress model among a plurality of flow stress models by using the experimental data; predicting the flow stress of the Ti-6Al-4V alloy by using the trained flow stress model, and generating a flow stress prediction value; and verifying the generated flow stress prediction value on the basis of a result predicted by another flow stress model other than the designated flow stress model.
