The present invention relates to a nozzle assembly with an elastic member for transferring a PCB. According to one aspect of the present invention, the nozzle assembly with an elastic member for transferring a PCB comprises: a nozzle main body which includes a hollow part on the center and a long hole in a vertical direction formed on the outer surface on one side thereof; an elevation inducing body which is inserted into the hollow part to be elevated from a lower side of the nozzle main body, and includes a hollow part, a support flange on an outer circumferential surface on a lower side, and a pin groove on the outer surface on one side; a conical body which is inserted into a hollow part from a lower side of the elevation inducing body, is elevated and lowered by being integrated with the elevation inducing body, and has a greater diameter on an upper side than that on a lower side; a nozzle tip which is formed on an upper side of the body and is made of a cylindrical engagement unit having a smaller outer diameter than the outer diameter of the upper side of the body; an elastic member which is installed on the outside of the elevation inducing body between a lower side of the nozzle main body and the support flange, and elastically lowers and returns the elevation inducing body; and a stroke limiting pin which is inserted into the pin groove through the long hole to limit an elevation stroke of the elevation inducing body and the nozzle tip. The nozzle assembly with an elastic member for transferring a PCB can transfer a PCB without damage since a nozzle tip is made of ceramic to have soft surface.
