The present invention relates to a Bivalvia collecting device comprising: a collection substrate unit which includes a monofilament in which strands form a predetermined space and are tangled to each other to attach a spat of moving Bivalvia to a surface; a spat protecting unit which surrounds the outside of the collection substrate unit and protects the spat of the Bivalvia attached to the surface of the monofilament from the outside; and a spat accommodating unit which accommodates the collection substrate unit and the spat protecting unit and prevents a loss of the spat which escapes from the monofilament. The Bivalvia collecting device of the present invention increases attachment efficiency by preventing attachment of unintentional periphyton by using the monofilament as an attachment substrate, inhibits moisture evaporation by providing shade, and collects a lot of spats by minimizing a loss of farming Bivalvia or damage of a device when exposed in physical shock such as a typhoon or the like.
