The present invention relates to a storage device that infers reading levels based on an artificial neural network model and a learning method of an artificial neural network. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the storage device comprises: a nonvolatile memory including a plurality of blocks; a buffer memory storing a plurality of on-cell counts and an artificial neural network model generated by reading memory cells connected to a plurality of reference word lines of the plurality of blocks by using a read level; and a controller inferring a plurality of read levels for reading data of the memory cells connected to a target word line by inputting an on-cell count of a target block among the plurality of on-cell counts and a target word line number of the target block to the artificial neural network model.
