Provided is a lung image matching method for histogram analysis of a lung movement to precisely match lung images. According to the present invention, the lung image matching method, performed by a computer, comprises: a lung image acquisition step of acquiring two lung image by computer tomography (CT); a floating image generation step of dividing a lung region from one of the two lung images to generate a floating image; a reference image generation step of dividing a lung region from another lung image different the floating image from the two lung images to generate a reference image; a first matching step of totally matching the floating image with the reference image; and a second matching step of matching internal structures of blood vessels and bronchial tubes of the floating and reference images to match the floating image with the reference image. When an inhalation lung image and an exhalation lung image are matched, the floating image is the inhalation lung image and the reference image is the exhalation lung image. When the inhalation lung images of different points of time are matched, the floating image is the inhalation lung image of a reference point of time and the reference image is the inhalation lung image of the next point of time of the floating image. When the exhalation lung images of different points of time are matched, the floating image is the exhalation lung image of a reference point of time and the reference image is the exhalation lung image of the next point of time of the floating image. The second matching step matches the blood vessels and the internal structures of the blood vessels and bronchial tubes based on a mark marking a branch point of the bronchial tubes and a mark marking a branch point of a peripheral pulmonary vessel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
