The present invention relates to an ambient assisted living (AAL) based health care service system which share feedback results with respect to an AAL based service with a user in real-time or requests real-time response to feedback of the service, and supports real-time interactive communication for an outdoor health care service as well as an indoor health care service in real-time. The AAL based health care service system comprises: a health care device unit to acquire biometric information while having a health case standard or own protocol; an AAL adapter cooperating with the health care device unit to transmit the acquired biometric information to a remote health care service server through an Internet of things or an Ethernet; an AAL based healthcare service terminal cooperating with the AAL adapter to support an AAL service in both directions in real-time and which provides services for emergency situations through situation awareness; and a healthcare service server which receives and analyzes user-specific healthcare information collected from the AAL adapter, processes statistics based on the analysis results, and performs follow-up steps according to the users health state.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
