The present invention relates to a personnel affair/obituary notification service method using an enterprise new search and a system thereof. According to the present invention, the system includes: a big data collection part scraping only personnel affair/obituary articles on the web to collect raw personnel affair/obituary data; a parser parsing the collected raw personnel affair/obituary data to extract only data related with database items; an individual itemization module individually itemizing the extracted data of the database items; an enterprise name processing module bringing enterprise name data corresponding to an enterprise name item of the individual items and applying ontology to the data to build ′an enterprise personnel affair/obituary database′ by unifying the data as an enterprise name of an enterprise database; a notification service module for providing personnel affair/obituary information by searching the enterprise personnel affair/obituary database; and a customer interface part connected to a customer terminal to request the notification service module for the corresponding personnel affair/obituary information in accordance with a request from a customer to provide the information to the customer terminal. Therefore, the system is capable of making a contribution to an improvement in a relationship with a business partner.
