The present invention relates to a customized campaign management system using customer subdivision, which performs customer type subdivision based on big data, sends a customized text message and analyzes a response rate by each customer to manage a customized campaign. According to the present invention, the customized campaign management system is a customized campaign management system which performs customized text sending promotion and analyzes the response rate according to the promotion result. The system includes a campaign management server (100) which is configured to collect a customer purchase history, store and manage the purchase history in a customer management database (300), analyze and subdivide the type of a customer predicted as a customer to whom the customized text message is to be sent according to the customer purchase history analysis, create and send the customized text message according the subdivided customer type, analyze the response rate of the customer to whom the customized text message is sent, and provide the analysis result to a user (400).
