Disclosed are a concrete panel specimen for a fiber mesh pull-out test and a manufacturing method thereof, a pull-out testing method of a fiber mesh, and a pull-out testing apparatus of the fiber mesh. According to one aspect of the present invention, as the specimen for performing the fiber mesh pull-out test consisting of a polymer fiber comprising a warp yarn and a weft yarn disposed in the transverse direction to the warp, provided is the specimen for the fiber mesh pull-out test, comprising: a rectangular-shaped concrete panel; and the fiber mesh which is flatly embedded in the center of the concrete panel. The specimen for the fiber mesh pull-out test selects a pull-out test fiber from the fiber mesh by sawing the concrete panel.
