The present invention discloses a health management system using a smartphone with a six-minute walk test app. The present invention includes: a smartphone with a six-minute walk test app; an oxygen saturation measurement sensor, a blood pressure measurement sensor, a walking step measurement sensor, and a walking distance measurement sensor which are installed in the smartphone to be interlinked with the six-minute walking test app; and a central server transmitting and receiving user information according to the six-minute walking test app. The smartphone and the central server are interlocked to provide the user information before and after the execution of the six-minute walking test app, and at the same time provide health information to a user based on the user information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
