The present invention relates to an access control method for a children education institution using a smartphone capable of biometric information recognition. The access control method includes: an entrance door (100) including a smartphone (110) capable of recognizing biometric information and an opening and closing switch (120) for opening and closing a locking device of the door; a system server (200) capable of transmitting and receiving signals with another device and processing and storing data; and at least one teacher terminal (300), wherein the smartphone (110) measures biometric information of an access requester to transmit an identification code corresponding to the measured biometric information to the system server (200), and receives an access permission signal from the system server (200) to transmit an open command to the switch (120). Guardians of the children education institution are allowed to enter and exit without carrying an additional object, and access information on children is systematically managed at low cost by using unused mobile phones.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
