The present invention relates to a rear row seat frame for an SUV vehicle. In particular, a rear row seat for an SUV vehicle composed of a seat cushion and a seat back cushion comprises: a front leg fixated to the floor of a vehicle body of a vehicle; a main seat frame which is fixedly installed at the front leg; a fixating bracket having a rear leg fixated to the rear surface of the vehicle body of the vehicle; and a main seat back frame which is connected to the fixating bracket. The present invention further comprises: a sub seat frame which is installed over the main seat frame to be movable in back-and-forth directions; a sub seat back frame which is installed to have an adjustable angle while being liftable in up-and-down directions at the front of the main seat back frame; and a sub frame attaching and detaching device which is mounted on the lower end portion of the sub seat back frame to fasten the sub seat frame in a detachable manner.
