The present invention provides a river drying effect element information display system for river drying assessment and a method using the same. The river drying effect element information display system for river drying assessment comprises: a GUI unit to receive a selection for a river drying element from a user; a control and processing module unit to receive data of a river drying element database from the river drying element database in accordance with a river drying element selected by the user to process or convert the data of the river drying element database into required data for at least one among river drying element inquiry and display, chart and graph visualization display, and river drying grade assessment; a GIS processing unit to process the processed or converted data of the river drying element database into visualized information of at least one among the river drying element inquiry and display, the chart and graph visualization display, and the river drying grade assessment; and a display unit to display the visualized information to the outside via a display.
