The present invention relates to a biomarker composition for determining female cancer drug reactivity, wherein the biomarker composition is composed of a combination of markers including variation for adjusting gene expression, so as to determine reactivity with respect to a female cancer drug. The biomarker composition includes 1_13248174_T_C (marker 1), 16_85071785_A_G (marker 2), and 9_34371054_A_C (marker 3) and is to determine female cancer drug reactivity. According to the present invention, sensitivity for each genetic trait of a subject can be predicted with respect to a female cancer drug through biomarkers for female cancer-related drugs, and thus preliminary verification effective for discovery of a new drug candidate group as well as the field of personalized medicine can be performed.
