The present invention relates to a win-win type creator-advertiser-sponsor platform which uses sponsorship fund paid to a creator, who makes audiovisual content, as advertisement cost of a small business owner (advertiser) and provides a sponsor with rewards (goods or service of the advertiser) in accordance with the sponsorship fund to induce more sponsorship fund for the creator and enable the audiovisual content to be actively used for advertisement of the advertiser. According to the present invention, a service platform provided through an Internet site or a mobile application comprises: a creator component uploading audiovisual control information including uniform resource locator information by creator and providing an uploaded audiovisual content information list and a thumbnail image in accordance with an inquiry of a visitor; an advertiser component appointing a creator to register advertisement and a sponsor reward condition; and a manager component making rich media including the sponsor reward condition, advertiser information, and sponsorship account information to collectively distribute the rich media through an audiovisual content URL of the appointed creator.
