Embodiments of the present invention relate to a composite polymer nanofiber membrane colorimetric sensor for drug indication in which a drug-detecting colorimetric dye substance, changed in the color by reacting to a specific drug, is uniformly bound to nanofibers, and a manufacturing method thereof. There are two specific methods for manufacturing the polymer nanofiber membrane colorimetric sensor to which the drug-detecting colorimetric dye substance is bound. A first method includes manufacturing an electrospinning solution by mixing the drug-detecting colorimetric dye substance with a polymer solution, and forming nanofibers to which the drug-detecting colorimetric dye substance is uniformly bound through electrospinning. A second method includes primarily synthesizing a polymer nanofiber membrane by electrospinning a pure polymer solution, and uniformly coating the polymer nanofiber membrane with the colorimetric dye substance by using various subsequent coating techniques. In this case, the reaction specific surface area is maximized as the drug-detecting colorimetric dye substance is uniformly bound to the inside and outside of the nanofibers. The manufacturing method can mass produce the nanofiber membrane colorimetric sensor by using relatively inexpensive electrospinning. Alternatively, a dye can be additionally and easily applied to the surface of the nanofiber membrane by using various coating techniques. Therefore, compared to a conventional drug-detecting colorimetric sensor, the composite polymer nanofiber membrane colorimetric sensor is expected to show effective colorimetric characteristics even with a small amount of a drug-detecting colorimetric dye. Through this high-performance drug-detecting colorimetric sensor, a colorimetric sensor array for various drugs (cocaine, morphine, LSD) can be produced and can be used as a drug early-diagnosis kit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
