The present invention relates to a system for preventing creatures or belongings from being neglected in a vehicle and a method for preventing negligence thereof, the system comprising: a smart key module unit which unlocks the locked vehicle door and converts a sleep mode of a parked vehicle into a wake-up mode; a filming unit which films the inside of the vehicle when the vehicle is converted into the wake-up mode, and continuously films the inside of the vehicle when the vehicle starts driving, before re-filming the inside of the vehicle when the vehicle is parked and the engine is turned off; an image analysis unit which analyzes the number of creatures in the vehicle and the number of belongings loaded thereon by using the image filmed by the filming unit, and analyzes the existence of the creatures or the belongings which are neglected and remain in the parked vehicle and the number thereof; and a warning unit which outputs a warning alarm or transmits a warning message to a user terminal. Therefore, after all passengers get off from the vehicle, the driver can receive information regarding creatures or belongings that have been neglected and remain in the vehicle.
