The present invention relates to a method for providing a financial service to an international student coming to South Korea through an affiliated bank of other countries. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps of: allowing a Korean bank server to use the personal information of the international student and a parent of the international student to open an account in the name of the parent; allowing a foreign bank server to receive the account number of the Korean bank account from the Korean bank server and the personal information of the international student and parent to link and store the same in a database; allowing the foreign bank server to use the account number of the Korean bank account to open the foreign bank account linked to the Korean bank account; allowing the foreign bank server to receive the personal information of the international student through a bank teller terminal in accordance with a cash/check card issuance request of the international student and performing authentication for the entered personal information with reference to the database; and allowing the foreign bank server to generate a cash/check card linked with the foreign bank account when the inputted personal information is approved and transmit an issuance command of the generated cash/check card to the bank teller terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
