Provided is a method for generating a demand response (DR) determining model for an HVAC system of a building. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: generating a zone temperature determining model for outputting a temperature of a building by receiving input power of an HVAC system and a thermal state of a building by training a first artificial neural network on the basis of a plurality of first training data; generating an objective function for a power supply schedule having an optimal solution varied in accordance with an electricity price and a thermal state while including a linear equation for simulating the generated zone temperature determining model; determining each optimal solution of the objective function for a plurality of electricity price profiles and thermal state profiles; and generating a DR determining model for outputting a power supply schedule for the HVAC system by receiving the electricity price profiles and the thermal state profiles by training a second artificial neural network on the basis of a plurality of second training data including the electricity price profiles, the thermal state profiles, and the determined optimal solution.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
