The present invention relates to a pigment surface treatment device, to a pigment surface treatment method using the same, to a surface-treated composite pigment, and to a cosmetic composition comprising the same. The dispersibility of chemicals is improved so that crystals of a surface treatment layer of an organic color pigment or an inorganic color pigment are densely and uniformly formed on a pigment surface, the color of the pigment is excellent by surface-treating the pigment with the pigment surface treatment device, and the crystals of the surface treatment layer are densely and uniformly formed by uniformly coating the color pigment with a high dispersion rate on the surface-treated pigment surface layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
