The present invention relates to a sustained-release drug delivery formulation for treating mental diseases or central nervous system diseases and a method for producing the same and, more specifically, to a sustained-release drug delivery formulation for treating mental diseases or central nervous system diseases, which includes microspheres containing biodegradable polymers and drugs; and a method for producing the same. The drug delivery formulation according to the present invention, which is a sustained-release microsphere formulation capable of maintaining a constant amount of drug released into blood for a long time, solves problems caused when a patient should be administered several times at regular time intervals, and has an advantage of continuously and easily obtaining desired release behavior with one administration. In addition, the producing method of a drug delivery formulation by the present invention has an advantage of reducing production time and cost by preparing a sustained-release drug delivery formulation for about 28 days or more as a simple process compared to a conventional method.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
