The present invention relates to a method for lending and selling electric bicycles in a tourism and leisure complex by using an application, by which a client selects a place to rent or purchase an electric bicycle by downloading an electric bicycle rental/purchase application uploaded onto Google store through the Internet, installing the same on the smart device and activating the application by using a smart device; selects the electric bicycle according to the capacity of a battery; and directly receives the selected electric bicycle at a rental shop or receives a delivered product and uses the same. The method enables the client to access an interconnected network through the Internet by using TCP/IP to use the electric bicycle rented through the rental shop in a tourism and leisure complex through the application installed on the smart device, and induces the client to directly purchase the electric bicycle in the site, thereby increasing a sales rate of electric bicycles; and enables the client to purchase the directly used electric bicycle, thereby increasing satisfaction, and to notify acquaintances of the electric bicycle to maximize the effect of oral marketing, thereby increasing the sales rate of electric bicycles.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
