Provided is a system of performing customer management characterized in that even when an extractor of promising customers does not set and select, based on judgment by experience, a value of a quantitative element which cannot be expressed as a number among various elements that can be determined as promising customers by a data mining technique used to secure and extract promising customers in a customer management system of a dispersed environment, weights for each quantitative element are managed by small AI of a closed platform system and thus, can be managed by a database defined in a system utilizing data mining even when a small business owner does not separately extract, analyze, implement a strategy on data. Accordingly, during a process of extracting promising customers, a quantitative element is used as a value to determine the promising customers by adding up selected weights.
