The present invention relates to a floating and submerged precipice aquaculture facility. It is an object of the present invention to create floating and submerged wind aquaculture installations that provide better safety, especially in submerged or semi-submerged conditions. According to the invention, this object comprises a structure 2, fish-culture cages 3, and at least two first adjustable floats 4 located at the bottom third of the structure 2. This is accomplished by a floating and submerged wind farm aquaculture plant (1). The installation 1 according to the invention is characterized in that it further comprises at least two second floats 7 which are located in the upper third (8) of the structure and are capable of supporting up to 50% of the weight of the structure.
