The present invention relates to a method for improving formation of a phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) thin film, which is a fullerene derivative, and applying the same to an electron transport layer in a perovskite solar cell, and more particularly, to a unique method for adding a nonionic surfactant having a polyethylene oxide functional group to a solution in which PCBM is dissolved and forming the PCBM thin film, which has less defects, and is thicker and more uniform than an existing PCBM thin film, on a perovskite photoactive layer to improve the atmospheric stability of a device by effectively preventing penetration of moisture in the air into the perovskite photoactive layer while increasing photoelectric conversion efficiency.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
