The present invention relates to a non-invasive blood glucose measuring device using near-infrared ray. An objective of the present invention is to provide a self-monitoring blood glucose device which does not require blood gathering to reduce pain and infection during a process for blood gathering. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the non-invasive blood glucose measuring device comprises: a light emitting unit generating a light source and a red light source in at least one near-infrared section; a light receiving unit measuring amount of light of the near-infrared light source and red light source transmitted through body; and a control unit controlling the light emitting unit and the light receiving unit, and measuring a blood glucose level based on the amount of the light of the near-infrared light source and red light source measured by the light receiving unit.
