The present invention relates to a model for measuring changes in quality of deep soil, and a method and a kit for monitoring quality of deep soil by using the same and, more specifically, to a method and a kit for establishing a model for tracking changes in quality of deep soil for each time-each molding model in order to track changes in quality of deep soil, and monitoring quality of deep soil for a long period of time based on the established model. According to the present invention, a method and a kit capable of monitoring quality of deep soil for a long period of time can be effectively provided by establishing a model for measuring changes in quality of deep soil for each time-each molding model by using an algae-absorption membrane in order to track changes in quality of deep soil. In addition, it is confirmed that the model for measuring changes in quality of deep soil, and a method and a kit for monitoring deep soil by using the same of the present invention are suitable methods for evaluating quality of deep soil for a long period of time with efficiency and reproducibility, by confirming influence of algae which is more sensitive to a molding time than a molding depth in a molding model.
