The present invention relates to: an endoscopic image quality evaluation and automatic extraction system in minimally invasive surgery; and an endoscopic image quality evaluation and automatic extraction method using the same. Specifically, the present invention relates to: an endoscopic image quality evaluation and automatic extraction system in minimally invasive surgery which evaluates the quality of the endoscope image during robotic surgery to automatically extract the endoscope outside the surgical space without collision with biological major elements after undergoing confirmation of a surgeon for efficiency and safety of operation when it is determined that an endoscopic lens needs to be cleaned; and an endoscopic image quality evaluation and automatic extraction method using the same.
