The present invention relates to a method for predicting damage due to a complex disaster including tsunami, flood, etc. by using a numerical model. The method comprises the steps of: setting a reference point (10) in a sea area; operating a wave model by assuming a virtual tsunami having various conditions spread from the reference point (10); building the water level of a river mouth calculated for each condition into a scenario database; calculating only simulated tsunami conditions at the reference point (10) without operating the wave model for the entire sea area and river mouth when an actual tsunami occurs; comparing the simulated tsunami conditions with virtual tsunami conditions to retrieve the nearest river mount water level from the scenario database; and operating a flooding model for floods by using the nearest river mount water level as a boundary condition. Therefore, damaged areas such as inland residential areas can be quickly and accurately predicted.
