The present invention provides an algorithm, in which information on an initial collection group is obtained through machine learning for diagnosing abnormal behavior, and measurement information for a pupil position of an actual driver is obtained based on an AD RANK technique to generate a determination criterion by comparing and analyzing the information obtained through machine learning and the information obtained based on the AD RANK technique, so as to have higher reliability. In addition, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the algorithm for obtaining information of the actual driver based on the AD RANK technique can generate a region which serves as a determination criterion using only the information of the actual driver collected in real time and detect abnormal behavior.
