The present invention relates to a work attitude management method using an employee terminal, which uses an employee terminal to manage the work attitude of an employee. Specifically, the work attitude management method using an employee terminal identifies the overall management state of a store, prepares grounds on which the work attitude of an employee is determined, and obtains a clue to a problem solution if a problem occurs in management of the store based on (a) whether a service response of an employee actually occurs quickly, (b) whether a management state of an employee is proper, (c) whether specific position customer table orders are not excessively assigned to a specific employee, (d) whether an employee simply accepts and records a received request and physically moves to a customer table to provide a service, and (e) how much time is consumed in performing an employee service, in applying and operating an electronic order request and call system in the store.
