The present invention relates to a method for recommending a riding course capable of recommending a course enabling a rider to ride in an optimal condition. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step of using location and location time information periodically measured through a location measurement unit of a wireless terminal, which is held by a rider or is mounted on a two-wheeled vehicle and sensing information and sensing time information sensed through a sensor of the wireless terminal to check riding information, which includes riding course information generated by including a combination of the location and sensing information in a time-series relation and riding time information corresponding to a time interval of the time-series relation, link the riding information with unique identification information for identifying the rider, and register and store the linked information; a step of receiving departure and destination information from an application of the riders wireless terminal; a step of determining recommended riding course information; and a step of providing the recommended riding course information to the application of the riders wireless terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
