Disclosed are a ubiquitous-based training education portfolio system and a method thereof. The ubiquitous-based training education portfolio system provides a theory, training information record, professor appraisal, learning history management for each learner/trainee of a UBT/SBT test and grading, P2P communication using a messenger between a professor and the learner/trainee, training management on an individual student on a U-portfolio system, a performance assessment score, and an index, in training education, for example, in health care education via wired and wireless communications using a PC, smartphone, and tablet PC. The ubiquitous-based training education portfolio system opens training by training opening in a training field or a health care field and announces a training plan, a training schedule, and trainees. A professor who is in charge of the training freely offers feedback on field training recording paper written by the learner/trainee, using a user terminal of the professor by underlining the field training recording paper or by using a text, picture, image, and voice recording in accordance with the training plan and the training schedule. Training field feedback content of the professor is immediately captured and transmitted to a main server. The ubiquitous-based training education portfolio system provides interaction learning of each student and the professor, a training history of the learner/trainee, and an appraisal history/guidance history of the professor in terms of immediate feedback (emergency measures, prescription) of the professor immediately transmitted to the user terminal, appraisal of the processor, UBT/SBT test and marking, and administrative control and, also, systemically manages the same. The ubiquitous-based training education portfolio system provides a cloud training education management service (U-portfolio) using artificial intelligence and a big data analysis technique nu using a smart device.
