Disclosed are a laser/hologram output system including the forced operation of emergency light for preventing a vehicle collision and an output method for warning light emission for preventing a secondary collision after an accident. The system comprises: an acceleration sensor module which detects the acceleration of a driving vehicle; and a laser/hologram output module for generating a laser/hologram informing the risk of accidents so as to form an image on a rear window of the driving vehicle and to output the image. According to the laser/hologram output system including the forced operation of emergency light for preventing a vehicle collision accident and the output method for warning light emission for preventing a secondary collision accident after an accident, when a sudden stop or an accident occurs, the laser/hologram is output through the rear window of the vehicle to prevent the accident or to inform the accident, thereby enabling a rear vehicle to be alert quickly and clearly and enabling the rear vehicle to cope with the accident. In particular, both the rear vehicle and successive rear vehicles following the rear vehicle can recognize the accident, thereby being useful for preventing chain reaction collisions.
