The present invention relates to a therapeutic preparation for burn first-aid treatment in which a monovalent or multivalent solid phase salt and a hydrogel polymer are mixed. The present invention has a thermal calming effect of a burn site by using endothermic reaction of a dissolution process of a salt contained in hydrogel due to the absorption of a vesicle solution.
