The present invention provides a quantitative and qualitative analysis method for an electrode film for a secondary battery, which comprises the steps of: accommodating an electrode assembly including an anode, a cathode, and a separator in a battery case; preparing a preliminary lithium secondary battery by injecting a non-aqueous electrolyte solution containing a lithium salt, an organic solvent, and an additive for forming a solid electrolyte interface (SEI) film into the battery case; forming the preliminary lithium secondary battery; decomposing the preliminary lithium secondary battery to obtain at least one electrode of the anode and the cathode; washing the obtained electrode; dipping the washed electrode in an extraction solvent to extract an SEI film on an electrode surface; and analyzing inorganic components in the extraction solvent by using capillary electrophoresis. Therefore, the inorganic components of the SEI film formed on the electrode surface can be analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.
