The present invention relates to a participation type profit sharing system and an operation method thereof. The participation type profit sharing system generates a profit through generation, sharing, and selling of game content by using a game coin in which a block chain technology is applied to virtual currency of online or mobile games. By providing a method of sharing a profit in accordance with a new member recommendation, various profits can be generated in accordance with activity of a user participating in a game. Since the user can convert the game coin obtained by the user into the virtual currency verified in a P2P method, the user can perform more stable and reliable transactions with regard to assets of the user and generate secondary additional profits so as to be developed into a new service model.
