According to the present invention, a beamforming method in a time-synchronized base station comprises: a reference signal transmitting step of measuring a channel between a base station and a terminal; a transmitting beamforming matrix candidate generating step of generating a plurality of pseudo-random transmitting beamforming matrix candidates in the base station; a receiving beamforming vector generating step of generating a plurality of receiving beamforming vectors corresponding to the pseudo-random transmitting beamforming matrix candidates; a feedback step of giving the base station a feedback of reference numbers on a plurality of transmitting beamforming vectors configuring the pseudo-random transmitting beamforming matrix candidates and active SINR vales in the terminal; and an optimum beamforming matrix selecting step of selecting an optimum beamforming matrix in the pseudo-random beamforming matrix candidates in a network management base station collecting feedback information of base stations in a system where there is the network management base station controlling each base station of multiple cells. The present invention provides a pseudo-random beamforming method for mobile base stations which can nearly maintain a transmission rate even when provides a feedback on only part thereof.
